When Godiva takes her niece, Chili Pepper, to the Hollywood taping of Flirting with Food hosted by Chef Caesar Romano, she is chosen from the audience as a “taster” and finds out just how devilish Shrimp Diablo can be.  Romano’s popular food show has been plagued by one disaster after another over the past month.  Is it just coincidence or sabotage?

Romano is favored to win the title of Gourmet Gladiator when four of the nation’s most famous chefs gather in the Kitchen Coliseum for the internationally televised competition. When one of the chefs is murdered during three day culinary cook off, Goldie and Godiva find themselves trying to pull Chef Romano out of the soup.
